Very poor experience at the East Colonial store. Manager has refused to contact me in five weeks! Corporate drone called and said she would do something. Guess what? Did nothing. Another corporate drone asked me to email her regarding the exact store and manager involved. It was right in the post, had she bothered to read it. As an aside, has anyone ever received two pair of eyeglasses and an exam for their stated price? I have posed the same question to the federal trade commission.

Really frustrated with your customer service. Gave away my appointment slot twice, even though I was told to call back and confirm before a certain time, which I did but gave my appointment time anyway. Took no responsibility for the initial error nor the second one. I was told they can't control the appointment times and what people book, if you can't control it then what's the point of making an appointment with you in the first place??! You guys need training in handling, admitting and correcting your wrong doings.
