Don't go here and don't speak to romero, because he isn't helpful. I've been going here for years and if my insurance has come up in a month they have always given me a trial pair to get me by. Thanks to the horrible service I got I'm going to make sure everyone I know doesn't go here
Never had to wait this long to get glasses before. Any other eye store has had a quicker turn around time.
I was on vacation in Orlando. This is the worst America’s Best store I have ever been to. First they give me a different brand of contacts and tell me they are the same as my old ones. After making me wait for 3 hours. I called them when I arrived back from vacation telling them that my contacts were definitely not the same ones and that they were to thick for my eyes. Absolutely amazing! The dr was so patient and amazing with my son who has autism. We came here after a bad experience after visiting another location and the difference was night and day! Bryan and Brian were both very helpful and patient also. I will continue to give this americas best my business. The lady at the front desk couldve been more personable and less annoyed but all in all a good experience.
Went in for the advertised special on 2 pairs of glasses and by the time I was done I had to spend several hundred because the advertised glasses came with very little. Then I had to go back 5 times because they couldn’t get things right and had to undergo 2 eye exams because they couldn’t get that right either. Stay away.
I got my daughter glasses in August 2006 2017 and when both. Have a broken and they're telling me I have to purchased new glasses. Two pair only last six months that's ridiculous they need better warranty is better glasses or something my husband glasses or even crap won't go no more.
