Horrible experience!! Ratchet customers...only went there cause Kaiser was booked for my son
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT use this location. The manager "Tyeshia" was both condescending and unaccommodating! Sign in the window says this location welcomes Walk-ins and is supposed to offer SAME DAY appointments but with an EMPTY store the manager refused service. Called the police when I asked her why. Very Strange!!!!
EVEN THOUGH THEY DIDNT HAVE OUR REPLACEMENT GLASSES!!!!!@!!
Initial greetings were so so. But the Eye doctor was hilarious
Worst experience ever. I don't know if the experience that I had is unique to the location I visited, but it was horrible. The only part that went well was the actual eye exam I am referring to the location at 5031 Indian Head Hwy Oxon Hill, MD 20745. Once the exam was completed there was a long wait to the next phase; they were clearly under staffed. They were to slow for me on a Saturday. Then it seems they only have one doctor there because I've been seeing him since I started there back in 2013.
I made a 9:30 appointment and now it is 10:00 and still have yet to be seen. I am the only one waiting for the Dr. and don't know what the hold up it. The gentleman at the front is very helpful and polite.
