They say the eye exam is free when you buy the frames thats true but what behide it is that you have to pay more to get tints lenses progressive lenses other options come up to over 300.00 dollars it been overrated and false advertising
I will never ever go back to this place ever. I have only had my glasses for less then three months and they have broke. It took going back a second time to get the bifocals fixed and only one pair work for reading. Worst place to get glasses ever! Also will not recommend to anyone!
I had a wonderful experience all the times I took my daughter there. They we're very helpful and very pleasant. They hooked my baby up with discounts and my vision insurance was amazing. My daughter got 250.00 ray bans for 28.10. Winning!!!!
Horrible! They did not mention or sell me a warranty for my three year old's glasses. A month after we bought them we had to replace her lenses ( scratch proof....hahaha what a joke, first fall 11 scratches on one lense) after I explained how upset I was and asked why they wouldn't have sold me a warranty or even mentioned one when we bought them ( since they don't automatically warranty children's glasses like almost every other place) they then sold me a warranty.I called today because her glasses broke and guess what....n... read more
Rude, no attention to detail. Now I know why they call it the white castle of the optical world. After speaking to management, problems seem to be rectified, if the rest of experience is good, will change my review.
