I have been going here for years! I love it! Great honest service!! I even bring my child here too!! Great selection! Love it!!
Constantly have problems with my prescription being uploaded to the website to place an order. Showed up today for an appointment I made only to find out they moved it to a different day and blamed it on me. I'm done, I took my business elsewhere.
Great customer service today from Christine! I'm from out of town and left my next pair of disposable contacts back home. She got me a new pair and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes.
I will continue to go here from now on! I got there at 1:55 and left at 2:30; contacts in hand. The doctor (Dr. Haack) was so thorough and explained everything to me and how good my eyes looked. There were no hidden fees, and she even gave me a few options of contacts to try. I left with contacts in hand (which has never happened before). Everyone was so friendly, quick, and efficient! I will recommend America's Best to everyone!
This was my second time with America's Best and I had another wonderful experience! ALL of the staff members are highly knowledgeable and so very sweet. You walk in and it feels like you're catching up with good friends that you haven't seen in awhile rather than some stressful appointment. They go above and beyond! And, of course, the glasses are perfect! I love the two pairs of glasses and free exam deal that they have, it is so conveinient. I have absolutely no complaints. Highly recommended this location!

I ordered my 2 pairs of glasses online it was super convenient for me to just look at the selections for the super cheap deal. After taxes only 74 bucks or so. They came a lot sooner than I thought they would. They were nice but one was super tight on my head and the other was very crooked. I went into this store to get them fixed and I was in and out within five minutes! Everyone was super friendly and sweet there!
