I’ve been calling all morning and the recording says they are closed, but then gives the hours as open at 9 am. Is this location closed because of covid? It’s now 1230 and still closed.

Decided to try a new eye doctor. Buckeye state optometry associates, at America’s best contacts and eyeglasses, located in sugarcreek, Ohio . I was just harassed and made fun of by an office manager at their store in sugar creek Ohio. This office manager screamed at me when I asked if my follow up appointment could be waived because I will be out of town for the next several weeks. I decided to leave. My husband and I arrived out of the blue as he was having a problem with his glasses. We have never experienced the excellent customers service provided quickly and professionally by Wendy and appreciate her patience and kindness. We will certainly return. Thank you to the entire staff and company.
