The customer service was great. Everybody was so nice and helpful. The Dr was very helpful in explaining everything to me and the fact that it's 10 minutes away is even better.
I got 2 pairs of glasses super fashionable! Under $100 with the eye exam. And the customer service was just amazing. They helped me pick something that was right for my face shape and the color I wanted! Loved it!!!!
I scheduled an appointment online...and literally only took 30 min with the exam and choosing glasses. I recieved my glasses the next week. The staff was nice and quick. I would highly recommend coming here..i will defiantly be back.
I dropped one of my contacts down the drain. Had a scheduled appt yesterday with them at 6pm, which was the last appt of the day but when I get there (6:05) I was told that I didn't have an appt & that they already had someone else for 6pm. I showed her my call log from the day before & all she could do was apologize & give me a free eye exam & another appt. Another day of not being able to see. Not sure if I am going back to them.
