Never fails scheduled 4 appts at 3pm, they saw 3 of us then told me my son had to wait 20 more minutes because they had double scheduled ! My text said we were all scheduled for 3pm !!! But yet she claimed my son was scheduled at 3:45pm then why text me and tell me we were scheduled at 3:00pm then refuse to see my 4th appt in a timely manner. Optometrist was great. I had an eye emergency. 1/4 of contact stuck under my eyelid. Scratching my eye.. bloodshot and horrible.. they made me wait. Gave me regular eye exam.. puff in eye.. etc.. despite my argument that I saw my regular guy within the last month. Optometrist great.. turned eyelid inside out... grabbed piece. Then another 20 minutes in waiting room to get get my bill and pay. I almost just walked out. Horrible system. They must have lots of walk outs.
