First time I went to this location, parking a little difficult, but I usually go to gravois one. I had alexis for my consultant on which pair or kind of glasses I needed. She took approximately 45 minutes to talk to me, go over at least 3 different packages and I finally decided to spend way more than I wanted too. Not because she wanted me too but because she took the time to reassure me that if I wasn't happy with the bifocals then I can come back within 30 days to get my money back.
