This place is so real about Customer Service. The location on Watson RD is horrible.
Made me pay for a contact exam for my son even though they didn’t have time to do the class. They never informed me they wouldn’t be doing a contact class that day, I waited 25 minutes after my sons exam, picked out glasses and then was told they were closing in 5 minutes so I had to pay for the unfinished exam and schedule another appointment for another day and come back. They wouldn’t even let me order the glasses we had picked out, they said it was too late!! Why make appointments that late if they won’t finish them?????... read more
Great service, thank you for the repairs
My son has been going to America's Best for close to 10 years now. The peope at the Lindbergh location are so smazing! Especially Jessica, she goes out of her way to help. My son is special needs and the extra care taken is heartwarming. I totally recommend this location.
Normally, I had positive experiences with them. On July 14, while replacing the notepads, the technician slipped and scratched the left lens. You would think they'd know how to prevent that or give them training so it doesn't happen. Now I have to see the scratch until they're replaced and they're less than a year old.
