Staff was very friendly and pleasant.....wasn't a long wait at all we were in and out. The doctor also greeted us with a big smile.
Staff acted bored, fanning herself, told me to sit, no friendly welcome. Kept adjusting the nose pieces, making it worse. At one point the glassed were uneven, crooked & asked if I could see!! Told her they were crooked. "I'll fix it later"!?. Then she tells me to go sit in the other seat, the manager will see me. No explanation. About 15 minutes later, the manager came. Everybody is always friendly and ready to help. I love my glasses that Ms.Tonya picked out both times since I'm a very picky teenager. Dr.Fuss and Ms.Sandy are awesome when it comes to doing my exam. I never have to wait long for my appointment. Today when I came to pick up my eye glasses Ms. Mia adjusted them for me and now they look really nice on my head. I used to go to another glasses place but then i was referred to go the americas best in glen burine md. I walked in and was greeted by Beth. She was amazing and very helpful. Ive never had such satisfying assistance anywhere else. She tended to everything i had asked and had the best answer to all my questions. Beth had even helped me pick out a stylish pair of glasses as well. She gave me many options to best benefit needs. Great job Beth!!
