I didn't like the fact that I ended up with a different eye dr. each year. And I had to keep telling him that it was too strong. I hope when they come back they'll be okay. I haven't had any problems before this year. I may look for another eye dr. after this year.
Went Friday at 5... empty in waiting area... employees chatty among themselves ... first stop they do couple of tests and last was happy to say she will not be there much longer:(.. nice to know.. I will say the eye dr was very personal and was best contact... choose glasses and employee that helped at end was great...
I went in to get two pair of glasses for $69 ..bill came to $587 ..i go and pick them up today and its only one pair for $587 ..they told me i can buy the second pair for another $300 ..lost my Business
Great Staff and Excellent customer service. Everyone was very friendly and personable. The Eye Doctor is Awesome.
I went there for a pair of glasses the doctor was really concerned about me getting the right prescription he seemed really passionate about his job and had a great sense of humor. I didn't need help picking my glasses I picked my own before I even saw the doctor. One thing I will say keep in mind that it's $69 for two pairs without any extra features they will try to sales pitch you into adding new stuff. I have been a customer of America's Best for almost twenty years but no more. After arriving for my appointment on Thursday September 21, I was told I had to have had my contacts out for 24 hours or the doctor would not do the exam. I told the clerk I was not told this when I made the appointment so she went to check with the doctor again and again he refused to do the exam.
