RecommendedHad an appointment today to try contacts. My vision is just "one click" below the lowest strength of contacts available for astigmatism. Wasn't up sold to get them anyway. Was ASKED if I wanted to purchase new glasses since my prescription slightly changed. Was guided to the lower end frames (appreciated). They’re unorganized and careless. I was never educated on how my experience would be handled and what was expected of me as far as obtaining my prescription and now I’m being told I need an entirely new exam even though it’s been less than a year. They offered no options and were unapologetic about the entire miscommunication. Now I’m being penalized for their lack of customer service. Thumbs down all the way.
Well I liked the fact that you can get 2pairs of glasses for a reasonable price. And the customer service was good and they was polite The Dr.,told me something about my eye that know other dr. Obviously saw. So I'm waiting for my new glasses now.
I needed some glasses for a costume,and was able to find the perfect pair. I'll probably go back again.
Great place and selection. Incredible professional staff. Wendy and Rolando were so nice and helpful. The Dr. was also wonderful.
