I was there yesterday for my eye exam and to get some contacts n iust say I go there all the time they don't excepty insurance but if u join the eye care club ur exams r free n u get half off on ur glasses n contacts my appointment was at 1:30 n I was done n out by 2 I like them they were very nice n gave me a lot of information.
I felt like I was cattle, no personal attention to what I wanted or needed. .. It was cheap. ... I guess you get what you pay for...
The first time was not a good experience , on my return the next day ,a much better service maybe because the first visit was so crowded and the second visit I was treated like royalty
Went to this location for 2 things and they couldn't help me with either one of them which was fine but ol' girl with the senegelese twist and glasses was RUDE AS HELL. Please hire people with better customer service skills. ��
I've been there twice with a few years in between each visit and never had any problems. They are a busy store but are always pretty quick and friendly. They helped me pick out glasses and even change my order after it was in the system with no problem. I'd go back again.
