I went to have my eyes examined and to get two pair of bifocals. Firstly, one cannot expect to receive a quality, thorough, and accurate examination in only 15 minutes. My prescription is completely wrong and now I have to go to have another examination by another doctor, paid out of my own pocket... Which brings me to my second point: you get what you pay for. Caveat emptor.

They advertise 69.95 for 2 pair of glasses and a free exam. I was given a price of over 400.00 for one pair and over 600.00 for 2 pair. i understand a charge for bifocals and such but this was RIDICULOUS!
The first few times I went to America's Best, I had a great experience. Unfortunately, that changed. A few weeks ago, I went to order contacts online and they offered to match the price for me UNTIL I went to do the rebate they said would save me $200 and get me down to the price of the contacts another place was selling. When I went to go do the rebate, I got rejected and when I went to call America's Best and let them know, they were unwilling to budge and took no responsibility for their mistake. Very Slow, walked in had to wait 45 mins for some one to help me. Staff is not helpfull. If you have insurance, its the same prices, dont go here if you have insurance buy some place like lens crafters
This is the first time I have been to this place, and was surprised on how fast, efficient and professional they all were! So organized, friendly.. I can’t say enough. I will for sure be going back for all my future eye needs!
I took my son here, they were all very friendly and it was affordable! I don't have vision insurance and the total trip with two pair of glasses was $201!!!
