Wonderful service with staff everything was handled professionally.
This was the worst experience I ever had at this store. My measurements were wrong and they mixed my glasses up with someone else. No apologies were made because the Manager was gone. Very unprofessional.
The initial process of scheduling and having the exam performed were great. When my son did his follow up a week later to pick up his contacts that’s when customer service went down the hill. Kei was very nice and helpful she was the only one in the store when we arrived for our 415 pm appointment she informed me that the person who was going to show my son how to put his contacts in stepped out but would be back. Absolutely poor customer service. I ordered glasses here first the staff said that they weren’t there after I got a notification that they were. Then once I received them the measurements were wrong; they said they couldn’t fix without the manager who was out for over a week. When Patrick did finally return and call back he wasn’t truthful about certain details. & then instead of returning my money back to the card he claims he has to mail a check. Overall worst experience I’ve ever had with this company.
