I made an appointment for 11:15 am and wasn't even called to be notified that they were over an hour behind on their appointments. Extremely unprofessional. The receptionist then lied about there only being 2 people ahead of me when there were 3. Extremely unprofessional and absolutely not okay.They'll cancel an appointment if you're late but if they're late to not even inform you.

I feel humiliated and scammed. Every pair I picked she said wasn't right for me. So I got 2 pairs of ugly glasses for $90.00. Thank GOD I only have wear them for my job. I completely utterly disgusted and scammed.
I went there without an appointment, even though they were fully booked, they squeezed me in. Was in & out of there after a little over an hour. Everyone in there was super friendly & would recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for the great service.
I bought 2 for 1. 1 pair the lenses keep falling out. 2nd pair the arm broke off of the other. Only 5 months old. I'm going back to the store this morning and argue over who is going to pay for it.
Staff and doctor are nice but 2 weeks to get glasses and trial contacts? Come on! Glasses I understand taking some time but trial contact lenses taking so long?
Went there this morning with my daughter for contacts and they were Great!! Went to Manzo Eye Care before and they were so unaccommadating. My daughter loved this place!!
Been to the Royal Oak & Southfield locations. Both have good customer service. Somehow my glasses became bent, I took them into the R.O. location today & the guy behind the counter fixed them in less than 10min.
