My mom spent $300 on glasses and went in to the Lynwood, WA location today to pick them up and they made her wait because they all said they were busy doing paperwork. So she patiently waited. When they finally called her to the counter they gave her her glasses in a plastic bag. I wish I would of read the reviews before coming in. I used to go to the one in Ballard and they were fine not outstanding but ok. This place is THE worst. Everyone seems to be in a bad mood and irritated. The wait time is terrible. I waited more in the waiting area then what the doctor spent with me. She literally spent 5min with me. When the exam was done she never bothered to explain the results of my eye exam just proceeded to tell me that my contacts dont come with me ne… See more

The only reason I stayed around was because of the associate Travis. He actually seemed liked he cared. I called a week prior and made an appointment, I showed up expecting since I made an appointment I’d be seen right away. I waited forever. There was no order or organization to this business. Other associates were rude. I won’t be coming back.

This place has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Jeremy is the RUDEST most unprofessional individual I have EVER had the displeasure to interact with. His manager dawn is just as bad. You know a place is poorly run when the manager of the location gives you insane attitude BEFORE even hearing the patient's version of what transpired.
