I will never buy another pair of glasses from this company. They sell trash for glasses and lure you in with a so called special! I bought a pair of glasses from them and the lenses were falling out within 3 months of use after spending $300 for them. Never again!!!!

We walked in today to try on some eyeglasses and were asked by the optical sales associate to wait after mentioning what we need and that I already have the prescription handy. The lady started helping other customers who arrived after us and had us waiting for almost 15 mins. What are my rights under the FTC’s Eyeglass and Contact Lens Rules? If you get a fitting for glasses or contact lenses, the eye doctor must give you a copy of your prescription – whether you ask for it or not. It’s the law. The doctor can’t require you to pay an extra fee, buy eyeglasses or contact lenses, or sign a waiver or form. I went in for contacts and told the doctor about my worries about night driving. Was advised my RX changed and was given a sample pair. Two weeks later I saw Dr Meek (?) for the follow up who checked my eyes and said here’s your RX Violet handed it to me and I discovered that the sample pair I was given AND wearing were NOT my RX and no one had advised me at the time 1- what is the point of a sample if it’s wrong?2- why would you allow someone to go out into the world wit… See more
