They are the worst. They are not professional at all. They treated me like I was a low life with no job. I have never been anywhere that the staff have to cover someone back because they gave the wrong information over the phone. If you have a prescription I don't recommend you go to them on the Blvd. Go somewhere else or go out to the county where they treat you like you someone
I drove all the way pout tho this location and they said since I didn't buy then from here thru couldn't help me I told them I brought then from Americas Best just not this location she still refused to help me I just needed my glasses straightened out cause I sat on them this is the poorest service I ever had I felt embarrassed like he'll standing there for10minutes even before I was waited on watching these ladies strut around thinking their the shit. First time coming here the eye doctor took her time to explain what is going on with my eyes made recommendation on what I should do and the staff was friendly and professional
Fast service and Dr Duffy was easy going and made me feel comfortable. Would recommend to friends
