RecommendedGood service, attentive. Like all glasses store by the time you leave you are spending twice what you thought you were going to spend with or without insurance.
I normally go to the America’s Best in Burlington, but to be honest this location is better. They are all nice, friendly and very helpful. Thank you everyone for taking the time out to give me great service
I will never go back.... The doctor had no idea what she was doing and then had the audacity to tell me either I can wait for my scripts till she is done seeing all her patients or she can mail them to me.....ummm excuse me !!!!! My appt was at 3pm I didn’t leave till after 6pm
Customer service is always great not one complaint about them every time I go which is every year. But their eye doctor Dr. Hadi moves slower then a turtle and is actually one the worst eye doctors I've ever had. I actually hate going her.
Pree was a pleasure and knew exactly how to handle the insurance.
The customer service was excellent. As soon as I walked thru the doors I was greeted. Since ot was my first time there I was immediately instructed on what I needed to do. There wasn't a long wait either. They were all so strictly professional. The office was so clean and organized. It was such a great experience that I didn't want to leave when it was over.
