I have purchased my glasses from this store for the past five years, and the doctors have always been excellent. Unfortunately, my experience yesterday was extremely disappointing. I came in with a broken lens and was told that my insurance protection would cover a replacement frame at no cost. A staff member was asked to find the same or a similar frame that would fit my lenses. When I politely explained that I was flexible, she ignored me and acted as though I was bothering her. I had to bring back my glasses twice because they made my vision blurry. I called back after several weeks to see if they were in. I was put on hold at 6:50 pm and they put me on hold. At 7 pm they switched on the we are closed message so they didn't get back to my call all they had to do is check on the computer to see if my glasses were in. Worst service ever!
