The service is really bad and associates are rude. They made a lot ofmistakes with my Rx and I had to return for three times!!!
For being my first time ... It was a good exprience. Very knowledgeable staff. Great looking frames. And the doctor was very informative.
I usually come here for my lenses but today I got to go with this rude lady named Rebecca Villonga, super nasty! She shouldn't be even working for America's Best. Its ok I spoke to the manager about it.
I have been a happy America's Best member for years but this particular location has friendly, caring associates and exceptional customer service. When mistakes are made they are absolutely committed to customer satisfaction (thank you Maggie!)
