First time there for an eye exam and glasses !! The staff was very helpful and the exam was very pleasant !! Kayla was very helpful when I couldn't find a second pair of glasses .They were no longer available so she took the time and honestly helped me choose another pair !! Thanks for such a good experience America's Best !! Can't wait for my glasses to come in !!
This will be my second pair of glasses here. On the 22nd of Febuary 2017, An African American young woman helped me with picking the right pair of glasses. She was very professional & pleasant. It was towards the end of the day & she was experiencing a headache. She never once let that headache keep her from giving her best towards me. Update: thru Company complaint line the stores assistant manager contacted me and attempted to rectify the issue. She was very nice and even though I will still be out of contacts they have attempted to make it as short of time as possible. I have had some terrible service this week. Today was the second time the business rescheduled my appointment. After letting them know I would be out of contacts and unable to drive due to them rescheduling me so far out they suggested I find someone to drive me! I was not impressed with ... read more
My mother recently had a brain tumor removed. She decided to go here because of what seemed like a great deal for glasses, as she is off work with no pay. She called to see if her glasses were in after hearing nothing from them for 2 weeks. This morning they told her they cannot find where her glasses were shipped. They will re-order them today. Absolute joke. Advertised prices do not pertain to frames priced as such. I would not recommend them to anyone. Actual prices are about double that of which is advertised.
