Two of the female staff members are rude. I have had 6 phone calls from the store to remind me to pick up my contacts and two pairs of eyeglasses. I had requested 1 call when all were ready for pickup due to my job which requires travel. I was called after each one was ready and then a call when they thought the last pair of glasses was almost ready. I purchased “designer” frames and when I requested the appropriate cases to go with each, it was met with resistance. Then I was provided a Coach case that had deep gouges in it... read more

I went to America's Best and I did an eyes exam and the same day I ended up with read eyes and when I went to the doctor they told me to go back where I did my eyes exam because I have pink eye and that might be the machines from the store. I spent 280 dollar and they do not want to pay for my medical bill. If you don't want to end up Like me. DO NOT GO TO AMERICA BEST.

I was so indecisive about what I wanted for a new pair of glasses, but everyone was extremely helpful and patient with me! I appreciated the fast customer service as well. Definitely will continue buying my contacts and eyeglasses from America's Best.
Just relocated from the millennia area so I decided to give this location a shot. Made three appointments for myself and my family. First part with the doctor was a breeze , second part to pick out frames was a nightmare. Besides being up sold on everything except for the chair the rep was sitting on she had no clue what she was doing. I was informed I had $130 credit towards glasses but not my wife.
