spent $900+ on a set of glasses and twice have had issues with my lenses being so scratched I can't see out of them ...not both just one ( the left eye TWICE ) now they wont fix the lenses and want me to pay $250 to fix them .... its not my fault there is a defect in whatever was applied to that lens.... guess where I'll be going the next time I need glasses ???? NOT AMERICAS BEST

I was told seven to ten business days to get my glasses. It's day eleven and my glasses still aren't there. I expressed my concern that there's some sort of issue and was just told "hopefully by the end of the week." Which would be day 15. I'm anxious to get these because I really don't like how I'm seeing right now. I've been going to America's Best for years, but next time will seriously reconsider.
Be very careful when going to America's Best I was told I would be able to exchange contacts if my prescription had changed within the year and that was a lie when I tried to exchange my contacts because my prescription had changed I was told I was only have 60 days to do so I was told lies and bought contacts that I will not be able to use it was a total waste of money please do not go to this establishment you will waste your money too!!!! Just went today to pick up my new eye glasses when I got home I noticed chipped paint on the frames so I went back . They were very nice about it,helped me right away to resolve the problem! This America's best has the best staff! All of them are always friendly and helpful!
