So I walk in there's 10 people working only one takes my info and no one helps assist picking out frames, one girl unlocked all the boxes so she didn't have to get up to unlock the cases where their highend frames sat in these boxes.I felt the doctor rushed thru the exam which made me uncomfortable. I spent over $700.00, and they ordered the wrong prescription on my contacts. It took me to stop in the store to find out about my frames which they claimed they spoke to me and didn't do.
