In 4 times I have had to come to this location (for the same glasses), there were a few polite associates, but overall I had more than a couple of rude associates. I say do a clean sweep and get rid of them all, they are severely bringing the customer service levels down.However, the older black guy at the front desk was nice as well as Tonia.

I use to go to pearl vision.. I went here got all my questions answered from eye doctor.. Have my new pairs love it.. I don't suffer from the problem in my eyes anymore.. Who would have thought I have dry eyes syndrome all I needed was tear drops.. Visine was just irritating my eyes...

Not the highest end place but fast service and great pricing for frames the doctor was very efficient!
This place gave me the wrong prescription. The doctor that saw me took 3 minutes to do the exam and was fired shortly after my purchase. Now I paid 100 for reading glasses that are useless and the manager refused to reexamine me or compensate me in ANY way.

Lenses kept scratching and frames are horrible quality. I paid $300 for a new pair of glasses and I had scratches on my lenses after 4 days of wear...Horrible customer service. I will be returning these glasses with my reciept for a full refund. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
