Very friendly company. I have tried many strings for my daughter and these are the best. The staff members are friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly they are out there encouraging the youth to get more involved in archery.
Quality product and dependable
I spoke with Kristine/Christine in customer service today about an issue with my servings. I bought all new strings for my PSE Decree for an Elk hunt in Sept. back in July and had them put on in August by my local archery shop. 2 months later, the serving on one of my strings started to unravel. I called her to find out if my local shop can fix that or is that something that's normal etc. She was quick to apologize and offer to send me new free strings ASAP. I love when I get my bow out to practice and it shoots like the day before! No moving sights, rest or re adjustment of cam lean or timing! Great string!
