I ordered a set of Platinum Strings for my RX-1 from ABB. I called right before they were suppose to ship to see about changing my order due to buying a VXR 31.5 and selling the RX-1. Customer service was awesome and only charged me a restocking fee even though the string was already built for the RX-1. Now I’ve got a Platinum series string coming for my VXR. I’ll definitely be doing more business with ABB!
