Too many kids!! This place is crawling with kids! It is actually overrun by kids, I don't know where the parents are or what they do during the day but the kids are out roaming the whole complex ALL THE TIME! they throw chairs into the pool and whatever else they can find, ride their bikes through the walkways, and play in the alley (where all the traffic is). I almost hit one backing out of my carport spot as they ran behind my car as I started to pull out. I had to tell these kids to stop playing because they were swordfig... read more
Too much mold and termites!! – black mold in several units (lived in one, saw many others), and flying termites coming in by dozens a day (even with all the windows and doors closed, coming in through the heater vents). don't go there unless you want black mold spores in you and your families lungs, or if you want to start a termite farm.
