Nice apartment but very money hungry. We were told that we needed to move out a month earlier than our lease document stated and we are still expected to pay that months rent. Unbelievable considering we work near for the summer and now have to travel an hour to work everyday because we were told to move out. UPDATE: DTN admitted they made a mistake and owned up to it in a professional manner with a personal phone call. Other than this hiccup, these are great apartments and are in a great location!

Great place to live. It was so close to campus and the apartments were very clean.

Americana Apartments were a great residence to live in. I lived in Americana A for my sophmore year, and lived in Americana B for my junior year and have enjoyed the experience living here.

I had a fantastic experience at DTN, typically when you can't figure out something it can take a while to get it sorted out. My roommates and I had a problem with our ledger, but Ms. Saunders helped us get it sorted out fairly quickly and in a very fun manner, which made figuring out where we went wrong much less complicated and to an extent enjoyable.
