Friendly and dedicated staff that even puts on events for residents to make it feel like home.
I had a very disappointing experience attempting to rent at this so-called luxury loft. From the start, the front office staff was welcoming and kind. Jessica, in particular, was wonderful, pleasant, down to earth, and patient. She answered every question I had, no matter how small, and even showed me the apartment again because of how much I loved it. She truly made the experience feel hopeful and exciting. I love the staff here ! Kaitlynn, Jessica, Madison & Norma are awesome people. They're very welcoming and they always answer my millions of questions. I also find the maintenance staff to be very friendly and helpful. For property itself - I know some people have said that the walls are thin, but I think that just depends on which building you're in - it's a very old structure so you have to keep that in mind.
