This apartment complex is beautiful. The front office staff when I met them for a tour similar to another commentator was very kind but unable to show me a unit. For the most part, as a prospective tenant be prepared to potentially rent the unit you actually want sight unseen. But this isn’t the reason why I gave them 2 stars. Set up a tour here drove from another state just for these people to tell me they have no units to show after I arrived no call or txt ...say they can show me the property but not an apartment lmao 🤣 i see now after looking at reviews this is something they pull often would not recommend

Friendly and dedicated staff that even puts on events for residents to make it feel like home.
I had a very disappointing experience attempting to rent at this so-called luxury loft. From the start, the front office staff was welcoming and kind. Jessica, in particular, was wonderful, pleasant, down to earth, and patient. She answered every question I had, no matter how small, and even showed me the apartment again because of how much I loved it. She truly made the experience feel hopeful and exciting.
