I would give this property one star, but the maintenance team and OLD front desk staff earns it an extra star. They are friendly, hardworking, and always do their best to help. I wouldn't consider these luxury apartments, despite how they're advertised. Don't be fooled by the amenities like the gym, theater, or basketball court. The basketball court has unnecessary restrictions, and the gym equipment is outdated. The building has frequent electrical issues. Cars on blocks, shootings in the parking lot, parking lot lights not working for years (staff knows), cameras not working, dog pee and poop everywhere, trash in the hallway, kids thats don't live here hanging out everywhere, leaking roofs, mold, literal murders. All this and more within the last years. All that and some of the highest rent in Rhode Island. Staff doesn't care and all they do is send empty email threats
One year update: Rent was increased $300/mo year over year. A bit much in my opinion. I can't say anything has really improved in a year. There is dog urine in the elevator every day, trash piled outside the compactor ever week, and for those that park outside I guess it's still a problem finding a spot. We also had our bike stolen. I can't say I would recommend this place to anyone I liked.
Staff is super friendly and helpful ,units are very nice and updated and very clean
