I love the staff here ! Kaitlynn, Jessica, Madison & Brenda (omg I think that's her name I'm sorry if its not) are awesome people. They're very welcoming and they always answer my millions of questions. I also find the maintenance staff to be very friendly and helpful. For property itself - I know some people have said that the walls are thin, but I think that just depends on which building you're in - it's a very old structure so you have to keep that in mind. The ceiling is leaking rain all the time. You can smell rubber everywhere in the building. It’s old and the walls crumble. They fix stuff on the surface but they have major plumbing and dust and structural problems. Would not recommend living here.
Booked an appointment last night for a showing this morning. Upon arrival I was informed that the email I had received was AI and they do not in fact have any available apartments. It seems they do not value people’s time at all.
The units are gorgeous with their tall windows and high ceilings. The staff was always friendly. Maintenance was great and fixed any problems that we had right away. I would have loved to live here longer, but we bought our first home.
You'll have a great experience here. We were impressed with the size of the apartments, the quality of the apartments, the building amenities, & the management office. A big thank you to management (Kaitlynn and Jessica)! They are very professional, very responsive, friendly, & extremely helpful every step of the way. Great place to live.
