I was originally attracted to AWS because I support local small business. I've seen the truck around the neighborhood for years and there is no better recommendation than from someone you know. I got personal service from beginning to end, first from the office then from the installation team. Everything was quality 1. And we noticed the first day a different sort of comfort, no drafts, and the AC came on at 4:50 instead of 2:30. I expect to see tangible lower of our electric and gas bills.
I am very pleased with American Windows, everything from beginning to end was great! I have a hard time giving a review, I feel a company knows what they're doing so I have nothing to say. BUT American Windows gave me an experience I did not expect, these people are the best! From beginning to end they made me feel that I wasn't just another job, but an important job/person. If you want quality, this is the place to be.
This is the company I will continue to use! The window products are beautiful and the installation crew does an excellent job.
