By far the most ill-equipped property management company I've ever dealt with. I've lived in many rentals in many cities in my day and AWR is bar far the worst. Your concerns as a tenant are not aligned with theirs. If they are burdened with an issue, it will not only take weeks to address (this includes no hot water in the middle of the winter, no heat in the middle of the winter, and drafty doors in the middle of winter), but they assume it's your fault and therefore require you to split the cost with repairs. The owner of this company Nathan is the worst person I have ever come into contact with in the state of Wyoming. Not only did he know about the gas odor for a week in my unit and I called him when it was too strong to stand he told me that it was not an emergency through text message and even came to the property I lived at and didn't come to my unit to investigate the odor that was happening and later that day I had fainted and my dog had it then knocked unconscious from the owners. 911 was called and four firetrucks and am... read more
