I used them as a rental management for my home in Cody. Nate is an overbearing control freak who acts like the slumlord of Cody, and he pretty much is. He was on top of things and did okay, but woe to you if you ever need any repairs done on your house. He will charge you double what it should cost, and it really begs the question where the extra is going. Hmm. He does follow the rules and conduct honest business beyond that, but I would think hard before you let this guy run your rental for you.

I received incredibly poor customer service and would not recommend American West Real Estate to anybody for rentals. When we toured the duplex we noticed the home needed repairs (railing on the stairs was falling apart and the deck looked like it was going to cave in). They told us it would be taken care of so we went ahead and applied. The application was straightforward. We turned it in to Steve in person and wrote him a check. We toured a rental with the gentleman, it was a very uncomfortable tour but we Figured it was a long day for him. He was not very clear on the deposit and did not seem very concern the star railing for the upstairs was broken. After a couple of days we decided to apply, we went in to turn in the application provided the applications and fees.
