Shirley Riddle has been my agent to buy and sell my houses. She is very upfront when showing you houses she will point out any flaws or things you might not notice. When selling your home be prepared for her to tell you any work she thinks you need to do to put it on the market or when you are about to show. She doesn't sugarcoat anything. Shirley isn't out to make a dollar Shirley is there to make her customer happy.

I was ready to sign up with another company when Vickie and Josh showed up and I was completely sold on going with them to sell my little hide away cabin on 12 acres. These folks are very knowledgeable in the market and' the video they took was really great with a voice that described the property so well it made me not want to sell. Shirley Riddle performed above expectations as we were buying a home. She persevered through the process of Quicken Loans with a USDA package. Shirley was patient when she needed to be and a bulldog when it was required. She is a very detailed, organized person who stays on top of matters at hand. Shirley is knowledgeable of the area and well connected with inspectors, etc that come in very handy when you are new to the state and area. Shirley Riddle was absolutely awesome! She never gave up inspite of the extra work that was involved in clearing a title to close. She was relentless!
