Rytech did some work on my house, but the problem is not with the work. My insurance company mails me a check for the work I called Rytech, and one of the people who answered told me I could go online and pay the bill. When I did, after you put all your information and hit pay, the system charged me $69.93 for the payment. This company is a rip-off and scam. A section of my basement was flooded due to a sewage backup and Len the Plumber called them to come (This also makes me question the business practices of Len the Plumber - I'm sure they got a kick back). They do not give you initial pricing when they are doing the cleaning. I found at after that they charged almost $10,000 just to celan a small section of my basement. If I could put negative stars I would. Worst experience hiring a company we’ve ever had. They came out and tested and gave us a quote. We hired them for the job. They said we had to pay half up front. So on their first day we gave half- in cash- which was a huge mistake. They started the job. To remove mold from the ceiling in our den. They re tested and the levels were higher…. They said the only way to get rid of it was to rip out every piece of wood and get an entire new roof, decking and drywall.
