We had a pipe burst which was a stressful situation for us. Lauro our plumber was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, and communicative. He fixed the problem and set us at ease. We will be calling Lauro again for any future problems.
Alexis, the serviceman from American Vintage Home, on February 6, 2026 did an excellent and extremely thorough job of performing our annual Heating system checkups. He checked operation of all components, e.g., the hot water heating system boilers, pumps, burners, etc. He drained the expansion tanks, cleaned the burner assemblies, verified CO levels of combustion gas, and amperage draws for pump motors. Very good job throughout.
