Fantastic service from Cesar Morario at American Vintage Home! We called to get a quote for a sewer line repair. We were under a little bit of a time crunch to get this quote. Cezar quickly came out to evaluate the issue and provided a quote right away. The quote was very reasonable and competitive with other companies. Cezar was very friendly, prompt, and professional. I am very pleased with his service and would recommend Cezar and American Vintage Home.

Cezar M, Jason and Jesus did a solid job identifying and replacing the hot and cold home run pipes in the basement. Cezar, the engineer performed an initial walk through to identify the pipes to be replaced and valves to be added. He gave some good advice to increase pressure to the second floor shower and sink. A couple weeks later Jason and Jesus arrived at 8am and worked until 5:30pm. They removed the 72 year old horizontal galvanized runs for both the hot and water pipes. Scammers! Beware!! They will immediately try to push you towards buying their "service plan" from the very first time you call them and every step of the way after. That's the first red flag. They will come to your house and give a completely arbitrary price once they have a chance to observe your situation. In my case, the heat went out during the coldest time of winter. The guy showed up, saw that I have a small child, and immediately thought I would be desperate enough that I would pay anything to get the heat going again... read more
