In the meantime, I want to provide an important update to my previous review. After posting my initial experience, American Vintage Home responded publicly asking me to reach out so they could "resolve" the situation. All of my expectations were exceeded! Daniel and Jorge did great work! Both are very educated on their trade and both were extremely considerate of our home. Very pleased.
Tony did the annual plumbing inspection. He seems very experienced and competent. Also, friendly!
