We had vintage install new space pac in our single story home - they did an amazing job- both Jovan and Luis were professional,courteous and worked efficiently. The install took 4 days and they left their working areas neat and tidy!

Bryan did an excellent job updating our air conditioner. He was on time, courteous, professional, and communicated everything clearly. We have been working with this company for 5 years now and have had only good experiences. Highly recommended for boiler/air conditioner maintenance.

hvac annual inspection completed as part of our service plan this morning. The technician has got to know our older home over time and that makes him both more efficient and knowledgeable about our equipment, its history and multiple locations. I also noticed a welcome change in that he wanted and was able to schedule a follow up visit for our Heating visit in the fall.

My advice: go elsewhere! I hired them for tiny leak in a kitchen faucet that my buyers wanted to get fixed and I paid $1700 (after subscribing to their membership). Nobody lived in the house anymore. Plumber came, installed longer flexible pipes. Awesome. Final walk through, buyers discover water running under the cabinet. Way bigger issue. Called AVH, a plumber came and discovered that the previous plumber had forgotten to install a washer and obviously didn’t try his work. Closing delayed by 3hrs, almost 4 hours of huge st... read more
