Very disappointed with my experience. I purchased five items, and after getting home I found that one had a hole and another had a noticeable stain. I contacted the store the same day, but was told there were no returns or exchanges. If this store has a final sale policy, customers should be clearly informed before paying. Please inspect every item very carefully before purchasing, because you may have no options if you discover a problem later.
