We are very thankful to have been told about Lincoln Lodge Independent Living. The facility is beautiful - clean, orderly, and not overwhelmingly big. The staff is way beyond wonderful - friendly, helpful, caring, fun. The apartment is very comfortable. Everyone has gone above and beyond to make what could have been a very difficult transition easy for us.
Our family is incredibly grateful for Lincoln Lodge Independent Living! The location is great and the apartment grounds are well maintained with lots of pretty green space and outdoor seating areas. Maintenance is responsive. Communication is excellent. Food is good. The entire staff is kind, welcoming, inclusive, and thoughtful. We toured a lot of places to find the right fit for my mom - Lincoln Lodge felt the most like home, and it still does 4 years later.
My mother thrived at Lincoln Lodge for 19 years. Management and staff were awesome-so helpful, kind and patient with her! As her health declined, we were able to add caregivers so she did not have to move from her beloved community. She was treated with respect and never talked down to. They did not have much employee turnover which was great for her to know employees by name. Our experience was it was a very caring and responsive community. There were many amenities that helped her remain independent.
