I've lived at American Village for several years now. This place suits me just fine! The apartment was clean and well maintained when I was handed the keys. A couple years ago , I remember seeing a little puddle of water under my hot water heater. I made a call into the office and within the hour, Dean from maintenance was installing a brand new hot water heater. Problem solved! My wife and I have been living here for almost 8 years and love it. The residents are friendly and the staff and owners are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment community to any one who wants a clean and quite place to live.
My dad loved living at American Village. When he had a stroke this past fall, the owner and staff sent cards and called me often to check up on him. They also kept an eye on his mail and his apartment and allowed family to stay there when we came up to care for dad. It felt like a home!
