We went under contract on our new home on a Saturday and the appointment for inspection was quickly confirmed on Monday and set up for Wednesday. Great response time! Matt Jacobs handled our home inspection & did a great job! He was easy to talk to, very thorough and went through each item in detail with us. I had Stan do an inspection on my condo in March 2018 and 2 months later discovered I had water damage/mold indications all over my bedroom wall. This was serious negligence on Stan's part who spent more time telling me what a beautiful condo and the great condition it was in than obviously inspecting it the way he was supposed to. Had a great experience with Stan. Went through yelp trying to find an inspector for a house I had a contract on. It's hard to rely on the reviews bc they can be so extremely good or extremely bad for the same company. I took a chance and contacted Stan via email. He responded WHILE HE WAS ON VACATION IN MEXICO y'all! He was responsive and pleasant to deal with and his prices were on the lower end of the quotes that I received.
