I will never return to American Urgent Care ever again! My husband, daughter, and I went for a routine visit a year ago and we were charged for several blood tests that we were assured over and over were covered by our insurance. A routine visit with our insurance is covered at 100%, but the additional blood work turns out was not. I have spent the last year going back and forth between the insurance, Quest Diagnostics, and trying to get ahold of the doctor's office billing department to get this resolved. not sure about this PLACE!!!NO HEALTH CARE PROVIDER IS THERE NO MD, NO NP, JUST ONE WPMAN WHO CHECKS YOU IN TAKES YOUR VITALS, CHECKS YOU OUT.. YET NO ONE ELSE IS ON THERE ...MD WILL VIDEO CALL.. NP MAY OR MAY NOT CALL !!! IT IS A DAMN SHAME... I DO NOT COMPREHEND HOW THIS CAN BE ALLOWED BY THE STATE!!! THEY NEED A MD OVERSEEING IN THE OFFICE AT ALL TIMES. I love the Cactus location. Kristine and Shinley are great and amazing. I hope that they will stay there forever.
I've seen Dr shinley for years for a neck injury I've struggled with since 2012, She is now at this location so obviously I followed her. The receptionist, Kristine, is also very punctual, friendly, and efficient. Real treatment, no unnecessary bull, and reasonable prices. Go here if that's what your looking for.
