These people take advantage of the elderly! Our parents have a refrigerator that was only 1 1/2 yrs old. They paid $529.00 for it. American is charging them $450.00 for a new ice maker and installation. We have found out the price of the replacement ice maker is $112.38. The rest is labor! Stay away from these people
Overpriced, Poor Handling- Decent Customer Service Overpriced (approx. $400-$500 LABOR only) and they dropped either the tv or the case (they said it was the case) when they returned it. I don't know how well they fix the tv as I only got an estimate, but 2 stars for poor handling & outrageous price.
