Willam assisted us with the truck when we were having probems with our DEF system. We talked to him several times when getting the truck back to the shop. He was very helpful during the whole process an put our worries at ease.

Wonderful positive experience with this company. Able to get me low payments I could afford and in a truck I am very happy with. They picked me up from the airport and quickly I was on the road.

I just want to thank you all so much at Breakdown Team for all the help you have been to me. You guys stayed on top of my problem until it was fixed. Also, a big thanks to my super great csr, Ms. Linda. They all work together to make life so much easier for us drivers. I would recommend anyone do business with American Truck Group. Love the Warranty plan and all the Customer Service that backs it up.

I have been in my truck almost a year and have had great experience with this company. I have a great customer service representative and the breakdown team is always there. I have not had a lot of problems with my truck. I recently had a small problem with my Fuel Gage that William sent me to an overflow shop under the 50/50 warranty to get fixed.
