Doug is the guy. What started as a fact-finding mission for my father to get his Honda Goldwing converted to a trike has turned into a life-long customer/business relationship that both of us will cherish forever. He's extremely knowledgeable, fair, and personable. He's handled both my fathers trike, and my newer Kawasaki before it got totaled in an accident. When to pick up a part for someone. Part was ready and it was quick in and out
Came in for a rear tire on my bike, I had bought some things from this place last riding season so figured I would give them a shot for work being done. I asked the older gentleman who was working there what tire they were planning on putting on my bike, because that had not been discussed with my initial phone call. Sales personnel was kind, helpful and informative. I truly appreciated the additional time they took with me to discuss my needs, product features and safety. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.
Did an amazing job fixing up my genuine roughhouse scooter after a collision - turnaround was prompt and prices were fair, plus the staff was very helpful walking me through the repairs. Highly recommended.
