Did an amazing job fixing up my genuine roughhouse scooter after a collision - turnaround was prompt and prices were fair, plus the staff was very helpful walking me through the repairs. Highly recommended.
I will never go there again nothing but a rip off I take the tire off my bike bring it down there with a new tire and they charged me $100 to change it it's a 15 minutes job I have head issues there before and I haven't gone there for a while so I figured I would try it that backfired
Gave them a 5 star review the first time we went there (to purchase helmets) and I lost my earring and they did go out of their way to find it. HOWEVER, this past June, my husband brought in his bike for diagnosis of a sound occurring near the shaft. They said it would get into the shop asap, then we called to check on the progress a few days later and was told it was bike week and they hadn't looked at the bike.
