Had an oak tree trimmed up that we had neglected for far too long. Crew showed up on time and did an absolutely fantastic job. Cleaned everything up, not a stick left in sight. Shout out to Jordan, took really good care of us and it is appreciated. All the guys were professional and represented the company well. I was genuinely impressed. Price was very fair for amount of work done. I would highly recommend.
the alarm bells started when this guy failed to communicate with me to what time he was going to be at property. He was supposed to be at the house at 10:30am. He just showed up, unannounced. Ok things happen but u must communicate with your customers. When he finally came, he gave me a quote for the job, but wasn't too sure when it could be done, maybe Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. He tried to stall the job and I was prepared to wait. Great group of guys, very professional and courteous. Worked well as a team trimming my large oak tree and grinding an old stump. They cleaned the work area nicely when they were done. Great price also. Thanks Roger and crew.
These guys are amazing and Roger was super helpful and fast to respond, they are all very nice and respectful and do amazing work, and they do it very quick! I would highly recommend if you need tree work, give them a shout! You will be satisfied!!!
I have used American Tree Surgeons for my last two tree jobs. Roger, Joe and the crew do a fantastic job and this will be the only tree surgeons I will use going forward.
