Very RUDE and disRespectful. He hung up the call and said sorry we do not serve this type on customer!! He hung up the phone when I was talking!!! In the middle of my explanation. This is very ruuude. He talked in a bad way and offensive me indirectly. He keep saying you can search about the flights online!!! I went there to talk with him and discovered that they only open with an appointment. Thats fine and Acceptable but being disrespectful is not acceptable. I hope my voice changes the service. Thanks.
I have been using American Travel Services for all my domestic and international flights for over 10 years and I can't even begin to calculate the amount of money they have saved me during that period. Very good about finding the lowest rates available but also honest about what those low rates mean (cancellation penalties, change of date fees, etc.). Always helpful in determining the best deals and the cost/benefit ratios involved. Very happy with the results.
