RecommendedTried two other gyms and my son didn't like then, he loves this one and I ended up joining too, excellent coaches and the atmosphere is great for beginners, my son does three classes a week and I've been doing 3 or 4 between the Davie and Weston locations. Thank you so much guys. Highly recommend!!

We started out as a trial, my 5 year old loves every second. We did the Bully class today. I give my beyond thanks to everyone who worked so hard to make this class happen. To the instructors who are about kids in a way many don’t understand other than the few amazing teachers that we trust to teach and prepare our kids for this day and age with the challenges they face every second of every day. Thank you for the hours of organization to pull this off. Thank you all!

I have trained in a lot of facilities all over the United States and Professor Rodrigo Baga Ramos is a top notch instructor!! My friends and I traveled over a thousand miles to train with him and we plan on doing it at least 3 times a year!!The attention to detail when teaching is amazing!!! Yet he is able to teach in a way that is easy to understand. His team are super friendly people. Super clean facility! They make you feel welcome and part of the family.
